Not the company I thought it was
I had a new i7 pro delivered and on fitting the parts and inspecting the bike is noticed a wobble from the rear gear cluster. Despite supplying customer service with video evidence showing the fault and supplying evidence that it was not correct Vitilan have said its nothing to worry about its normal. This is not normal and if they accept it is what does that say for the build and quality of thier product. Warranty,customer service mean nothing maybe spend your monies on another make. Poor show Vitilan
