Overall not up to standard
The designs are lovely but overall customer service and quality are not what I'd expect for such a high priced product. My package never arrived and customer service was reluctant to resend a new ring or provide a refund. It took two weeks of emails to finally get another shipment going. The ring I ordered was beautiful and special to me, and over the past two years I've probably worn is a handful of times, always careful not to wash my hands with it or apply lotion beforehand. However, the gold is visibility black and tarnished, despite mostly sitting about my jewelry box. I have other gold plated jewelry and can't say that I've witnessed the same tarnish. It's a shame because I really do love these designs and choice of gemstones, but not worth the money.
