Worst support team and W/D takes hours
The amount of time you need to wait for acrypto withdrawal is honestly stupid. It's taken them multiple hours to even Sobieski my request. They stopped emailing me about my transactions. They will withdrawal your crypto but expect to wait 9+ hours for it. Also don't bother trying to message support in chat on the website, they NEVER RESPOND. You have some people in chat claiming to be support but that's more then likely a lie. Definitely not worth it in my opinion. I will change my rating if they ever manage to get to my withdrawal
