Extremely Disappointing Experience
I really wanted to have a good experience with Gnomon Watches, but sadly it was the opposite. I placed an order for a watch and waited patiently, only to realize it hadn’t shipped even after two full weeks. I emailed their support and was told it would go out the following week—but that week came and went with no update, no tracking number, nothing. I tried reaching out through every channel I could: email, social media, their website. Days went by with absolutely no response. Then, out of nowhere, I received an automated email saying my order had been cancelled and refunded. No explanation, no apology, not even a short message acknowledging all the delays and lack of communication. This was a really disappointing experience from a retailer I expected much better from. Great watches or not, customer service matters, and this felt like I was completely ignored from start to finish. I won’t be ordering from them again.
