I purchased this machine knowing it was advertised as no niks and cuts ... it actually cut me pretty bad and a few niks it ruined my night wth the chick i was supposed to hook up with . Contacted customer support probably the worst company ive ever delt with they couldn't even find my purchase order to complain And this has been on going for 2 months now this machine is either a scam or i recieved a defective one. Hopefully someone will contact me soon regarding my review. From Sydney Australia
