Disappointed purchase
I recently made a purchase from them and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with both the product and the customer service I've experienced. The T-shirts I received were of shockingly poor quality. Loose threads were visibly hanging from the fabric, completely ruining the intended aesthetic. The overall impression is one of subpar craftsmanship, making this purchase entirely regrettable. To compound matters, the waiting time for the order was unreasonably extended. However, what truly disappointed me was the dismissive tone in their previous email when I attempted to address these issues. It's disheartening when a company fails to acknowledge and rectify valid customer concerns. In light of the substandard quality of the products and the lack of a meaningful response from the company, I have decided to return both T-shirts and request a refund. This entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I genuinely hope they takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity for improvement. As it stands, I cannot recommend this company based on my negative experience.
