Great customer support team
It was easy to get a hold of a representative, they were transparent in the process, and very pleasant to work with. I could tell their first priority was to a good customer experience. I would have appreciated slightly more communication about how the scheduling process was going, but I think that may just be a personal preference. I wound up not needing to complete the transport booking, due to changing circumstances, so I can only speak to the booking process. Tempuslogix did a great job making a mysterious process approachable.
