So clicking the payment type AUTOMATICALLY WILL PURCHASE the items in your cart, you can’t back out- you continue and go through a long wait if return needed. Unfortunately I selected SHOP as payment type while the brown “wool” skirt was in the cart. When I received it, I observed it to be polyester blend fraudulently labeled as wool. Design was for someone who has no middle. Their return policy that has USA return is only visible after you press checkout and only briefly-on the bottom left of mobile view, not a part of their website. Their products don’t ship with any invoice, so that’s on you. After watching my UPS track to their warehouse in a few days, nothing happened during 2 weeks, so emailed them a copy of the return shipping email notification, requesting again a refund, but got a “packages are piling up in our warehouse” apology. The return policy says it must reach them within 15 days of their item being delivered to you. You pay the return shipping: ($15 for 1 lb in UPS at this time.) Somehow you have to know the tracking number of the UPS return shipment before you can confirm the method of sending it back.
