13 Days Relaxing China Tour with Yangtze Cruise in Small Group Tour Code: AOT-GT-003 – Start Date 04 June 2026 Senior Travel Consultant: Ms. Yee Liao Ms. Yee Liao has been very responsive and resourceful. During the booking and payment phase she has been very transparent. I was pleasantly surprised by her response over the weekend and even late evenings. She recognized our limitations of excess luggage and lack of experience travelling by train. She took immediate countermeasures by arranging for porters and/or tour guides. When Air China cancelled our flight from Lhasa to Beijing due to weather, she contacted the hotel and negotiated the best refund. The best parts of the whole tour were the day cruise on Li River; and 3 days cruise on Yangtze river. We upgraded the meal plan for the Yangtze River cruise so we can get special vegetarian meals and a reserved table. She made our trip a lot more pleasant; 4.8 out of 5 stars. Overall hotels: The package offers 3-Star hotels. The selection of the hotels, including restaurants choices, needs to be evaluated. Guilin trip and River Side Lodge stay This needs to be evaluated as well for other better options. Tour guides Most tour guides were very good; they went beyond their call of duty to help. In short, Ms. Liao made this trip a memorable lifetime trip.
