Booked a flight with an ile seat in mind in economy. They changed plane and got a random different seat. KLM said Xiamens problem, not us. Xiamen said well you didn't pay for a special seat so nothing we can do. Absolute bullshit. Nothing you can do except leaving a bad review and just not buy tickets from them anymore. Buyer be warned
