delivering wrong package
Update 22.10.2026: They replied under this review and still any answer to the email about this simple case to solve. Answering for the show and doing nothing afterwards giving me even stronger impression this site is not safe. ---------------------------------------------- Completely incompetent support, site selling wrong amount of diamonds different to the description. I've bought 500 diamonds +65 diamonds package for mlbb game which was the same package as in the google play (viable for first purchase 2x) but i did received 505 diamonds + 66 diamonds which was different and bonus didnt been awarded. After contacting support my expierence 1st conversation like with AI which didn't understood my words. 2nd conversation redirecting to investigating team 3rd convo after no reply 3 working days nothing solved. My patience ran out and also won't be bothering with losing my time with this site anymore where case is obvious and easily resolvable. They would have regular customer but choose to give worst customer service as possible. I don't recommend this site if you want safety and properly conducted transactions.
