Watch out for pay as you go charges when/if you cancel!
Just cancelled my monthly subscription. Paid $99 for a month subscription. The software is buggy and the reps openly admit this. I was reviewing keyword comparisons and the page would freeze. I contacted support and they openly admitted this the buggy part of their database. I wasted hours trying to figure this out only to find out they are fully aware of these issue but charge customers $99 to discover this new problem as they do research. I cancelled after they charge me $70 for data overage. No notification was sent regarding this until I was invoiced again after cancelling. Find a cheaper option instead of this nickel and bait scam.
