Sofa bed update
This is an update on the 'sofa bed' we ordered from Litfad last year (but took 4 months to arrive). The sofa bed achieved the rare distinction of being both acutely uncomfortable as a sofa and a bed. It was used once as a bed by a guest, who insisted it resulted in her incurring back pains. We couldn't donate the sofa bed to a charity shop because we considered it potentially harmful to a users health, so we took it to recycling centre. The sofa bed cost several hundred pounds, was difficult to assemble (the assembly instructions were in Mandarin) and this was clearly a waste of money. We wouldn't recommend ordering anything from Litfad and, in fact, our experience of dealing with this deceitful and poor-quality company has put us off ordering anything directly from other Chinese companies. As far as I'm concerned, the sooner Litfad goes out of business, the better.
