Terrible - avoid
My experience with this graphic design agency has been terrible. Despite cancelling their services in line with their terms and conditions, we've been dealing with ongoing billing issues for almost THREE MONTHS now, trying to secure a refund. Invoices are absent from our account, leading to repeated requests from my finance team and completely avoidable disruption to our operations. Communication with their support team has proven challenging, with emails requiring repeated requests. The situation escalated to the point where we felt it necessary to involve our lawyer. Avoid this business unless you're in the mood for a giant headache, particularly if you’re a larger business and don’t have time to play games with their support team.
