CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
Singapore UOB customer service sucks. 1. They never read emails 2. Rude in online chat 3. Rude in person when go down to the branch Staffs are stressing me out. They keep “hais hais” and make me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I want to change bank already. Please train your staffs how to be polite. I understand CS is hard but dont you have to be professionals? You get salary for giving s**t service? It is your job to serve clients with well manner. Please practice your tone in front of the mirror.
