Oscar gets ten stars
Oscar is excellent and always a pleasure to have come to our home. Very knowledgeable and professional. Oscar takes pride in his work and make us feel in good hands. Alert 360 should consider more training for updated and new products being added. We have been with Alert 360 for about a year now and on several occasions these techs have to call each other for help because they have not been shown the how to do out in the field. The Alert 360 app needs a major update or redo. Not the most user friendly to find info about your account. If you call tech support they don’t understand in comparison what they see to what you see. Anthony and Larry are the best in support. I just hope Alert360 which is a great company now doesn’t go down the road ADT did a few years ago. That bumpy road is why I left and use Alert360
