Hello, I purchased the EWA app through Instagram. When I wanted to cancel my subscription, I couldn’t find such an option in the app. Secondly, I tried the websites, but even though I clicked the cancellation link, the cancellation page did not open. I think there was a problem with the website. Finally, I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and requested a refund since I was still within the trial period. Customer service replied that they could not help and provided no assistance at all. I do not recommend purchasing this app because they do not respect consumer rights. Don’t lose your money.
