Good personal service
I am a Project Director for a large International IT Company so well qualified to provide an accurate review. I am pleased to report the support I received from Softorino was very good , helping me to resolve an instalation issue quickly. The service person was personal, accurate and provided additional information that was welcome (but unexpected) in these days of Auto Reply and AI. which is important, a personal touch will always win with customers. Small issue that my folder/File structure was slightsly different than the response suggested , but I beleieve thats fairly normal. Once correct path was found the suggested actions were spot on.
