Emma - such a gift !!!
I had a question which turned into 4 or 5 and Customer Service Rep, Emma was an incredible help. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable (even though all of our communication was through e-mail). She helped me by finding a Pearl earring and necklace set - which I know is going to become one of my my favorite pieces…. She also helped me take advantage of a sale which I had missed…. Hopefully she already knows how excited and thankful I am that she was such a great customer service representative. Now I hope that her supervisors will also be aware - although I imagine I’m in a lost list of those who are thrilled with Emma’s thoughtfulness.
