If I can give zero star, I would. I purchased groceries from Redmart under Lazada platform. This wasn't my 1st purchase it has been quite a few times. However only my 1st experience was on point as promised. The following orders was either late or item was packed horribly. Eg, food supplies were packed in a same box with my laundry supplies! Ok nvm, I dont want be so petty. So I never give any feedback back then. And now, I was told that my grocery items was 1hr late delivered via SMS. I opt 8-10pm delivery as that was the only available time left and the earliest slot I can opt too. It was pass midnight and still no show. Next day, I contacted live agent for immediate assistance as it is 12noon and still no show. They say my grocery order was canceled due to they couldn't attempt the delivery. Refund will be credited back 3-10days?! I told agent that I dont mind waiting later date or time as soon as you get a delivery man to deliver. Rather than refund as I need the cold meat for my raya. I mean guys, srsly I think a reasonably way to refund a customer's purchase is due to damaged goods or out of stock. But this matter, they just anyhow resolve it by refunding money. And as we all know, refund takes days! Where I have to constantly keep track of my ibank in case Redmart did not refund me back! Im starting to have trust worries here with Redmart. Agent told me she wants to offer $6 delivery waive on next purchase. I immediately replied, im avoiding myself to shop at this platform anymore. In case my delivery got cancelled again and refund will be the way they resolve things. We get our groceries in an efficient & convenient way by choosing online grocery shopping. However, it was turn to an inconvenient & unpleasant experience with Redmart, Lazada. From packing to delivery and lastly to customer service, all this need to be improvise. I realised that it is not getting any better! I can't even left a review directly to the platform. Hence, I found it here to share my bad experience with Agent Lyndy and kept on giving my templates replies and I almost ask myself am I taking to an automated robot? No feelings at all.
