If I could give 0 I would, Let me explain I have never used this site however I went on holiday and when I returned there was a parcel through my door not for me but my address. I emailed the company to be asked have I just moved in when I emailed back and said I have lived at my address for over 14 years they told me I had the wrong site and should be contacting them. I opened the package hoping to find an invoice with the web address or phone number. I later learned that someone had been to my home while I was away to ask for their package. After much searching and getting nowhere on how to return the parcel just emails telling me to dispose of it that i can post should anyone wish to read them I'm happy to make it public I found the customer an elderly lady who had the same attitude from flycurvy customer service as myself. order at your own peril but I warn you they do not accept responsibility and there is no return policy. Obviously flycurvy cannot read as it states in my review that I did not order they sent it to my address and now they want my review removed but I'll fight this as they are not to be trusted and it was not my order they got the address wrong they know that but I'll post every email if they try to take me on I've now received another email claiming they have no knowledge of said package do these people have no shame
