I purchased 20 magnetic car phone mounts (10 black and 10 white) for my small business, LOT 360. **Order #316685799501027616** I paid for my merchandise and have NOT received a single item! My dispute is currently marked **"Pending Resolution,"** and I have been unable to leave a review directly on Alibaba to share my experience. As a small-business owner, every dollar invested in inventory matters. Buyers deserve reliable suppliers, transparency, and a fair dispute-resolution process.
