Horrible Company!!!
My experience with 25 home has been horrible. If I could give a negative 10 I would. I ordered an air leather couch order#14524 in November 2025. I didn't receive the couch until January 2026. I also ordered pillows, they stuffed two pillows in a bag that busted. The courier fedex put tape to hold it together. It was delivered dirty and the tape damaged the surface. I contacted them to get the pillows replaced. I haven't received them yet. I was supposed to get a free chair with my order.....did not receive that. I contacted them within the timeframe to let them know that the air leather couch was not as advertised. It's basically a nice plastic that sticks to your skin when you sit on it. I asked to exchange for their linen couch. They told me I would have pay for shipping. I agreed. This was in February 2026. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they have ignored me. It is now May 2026 and there is still no resolution. Now I am stuck with a couch I hate, that is uncomfortable and sticks to my skin that I paid $4000.00 dollars for.. buyer beware. They are dishonest, not credible and treat the customer like they do not matter. This is a horrible company that needs to be out of business. They are selling furniture that is not the quality advertised and getting a lot of money for it. I should have seen the red flag when they did all transactions via text message only. When you email them they don't get back with you until many days after. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Many other options out there.
