This is my own fault but it also kinda sucks that the return policy is non-existent. If you order something and it doesn't look good, you're stuck with it. Support did reach out to me to accept feedback but it would be nice if they displayed their return policy before you checkout. As a business student, it almost feels shady to not display that information prior to checkout. So if you see an item that you *think* might look good, don't order it unless you want to keep it regardless of how it looks. Also the titanium ring stacks are super cute but impossible to open so I'm just kinda stuck with 10 rings I can't open.
