I have been trying to get them to honor…
I have been trying to get them to honor their warranty. The screw in the bottom snapped. It cut my finger and required 8 stitches. I have spoke with I don’t know how many people and have been promised more times that I can count it will be taken care of. Just want them to do what is right as a paying customer. So disappointed.
