Stealing money from customer's account
I cancelled My Ticket, which was booked On 03/05/2022 Vashi - Madgaon (kadamba Travels)& ticket was 1260 & madgaon to Vashi (Paulo Travels)on 04/05/2022 ticket was 960 Cancellation charges is 240 and 180 Refunded amount - 1008 and 771 Extra charges - Rs12 and Rs9 So I want to know that how the extra charges were cut ? I was trying to contact redbus many times but I don't get any response from red bus, also I called kadamba & paulo Travels & they behave very rude. I got Worst service from redbus. This is not about only amount, but about fraud. The customer should know how you are deducting money. I request you to give me details about extra charges. And the complaint process is purposely too complicated !
