I had selected the flowers that were displayed on their website only to be emailed on the day of delivery that they do not have in stock. A change was recommended and I agreed to this - the delivery date remained unchanged Then I received an email on the day of the scheduled delivery that the flowers were successfully delivered. 48 hours later, we have still not received the flowers (and I am a repeat customers - several times over)
