Excellent customer service;
I already have a dash cam and air blower from WolfBox which are both excellent devices, and have been waiting delivery of a compressor/jump starter. Through no fault of Wolfbox, the courier failed to deliver, so Wolfbox have arranged for another one to be sent by a different courier before receiving the first one back! This is an example of the excellent customer service I have received throughout my dealings with this company, and it is refreshing to communicate with a real person - unlike the couriers AI chat bot which went absolutely nowhere!
