Did not fulfill their promise. Don’t buy.
I bought a travel insurance, I missed my flight due to transport delay and traffic jam, totally not my fault. This company has no integrity. Don’t get scammed by their empty promises. You will regret it. The written email and the call with the claims executive didn’t help at all. They weren’t even sure of what they cover and what they don’t. I had to call them after over 2 weeks of submitting all the documents and no reply till I actually had to call them and wait in line for so long.
