Poor communication/quality
I paid for expedited shipping because I wanted them for vacation. A mailing label was created and they sat for over a week before being shipped out. I emailed numerous times with no response until about a week later. I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping I paid. No response to that. After another week, they finally arrived. One of the pair was made incorrectly. The lense did not fit the frame and you could see glue around it. They did let me know they would remake them and get them back to me asap, but still never mentioned the initial refund. I explained to them my timeline, but have heard nothing back. I leave next week and it is doubtful that I will have them in time. Very dissapointed with the lack of communication, lack of refund for something I didn't receive, and poor quality. I'm hoping it was a one time thing as I ordered severeal pair a few years ago with no issues and would really like a few more, but we'll see.
