I spent five hours trying to get an issue resolved. The first agent to assist me was not helpful at all he was taking over 30 minutes each time to respond to a question he would have asked me and they were mostly one liners. After about 3hours the another agent took over and he managed to resolve my issue within 30minutes. His name is MAYUR, he is very helpful.I will only ask for him by name anytime i face issues.
