I have been an avid consumer of the Midweek Feels letter for over a year now. My mom recently moved to a new state and I wasn't able to take her out for our traditional Mother's Day brunch, but I was so happy to be able to send her the perfect gift in replacement- flowers from Fresh Sends with a sweet and fun card. I ordered a few weeks in advanced and the day the flowers were delivered I recieved an email notice from them. That was super helpful since I wanted to give my mom a heads up that there was a gift in her apartment lobby. She couldn't find the flowers at first and I contacted Fresh Sends in a panic to check on the status. Even though it was the busiest day of the year for them, I recieved a very prompt and personal response. My mother found the flowers and I forgot to respond, and they sent a follow-up email to check in which I though was in good taste. Although these flowers are expensive and you are definitely buying them in part for their branding (which is adorable), I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to make someone's day extra special.
