Some nice clothes, bad customer service
They have some really nice clothes and some that are cheaply made. I made two seperate purchases and let them know I wanted to return some items. Both times I was asked why, is there someone I could give them, and to list out all of the items. This was just for them to try to get me to not return the items. The have to send an RMA form where you again have to select each item and put the reason why you want to reutn it. They make you waste your time on rutrns. I placed two more orders because I liked the clothes but they said that I had to PROMISE to not return more than 50% of the items. I said that I would not promise that since some of the clothes are cheaply made. They canceled my orders and now I cannot use my points on their website since they won't allow me to shop if I don't PROMISE to not make as many returns. Horrible customer service.
