We needed to cancel the order and called not more than 20 minutes after making the order to do so and was told that it was not processed yet and that the cancellation would be handled. We then recieved a email the next day from the company saying that the order was getting ready to be shipped. We called after recieving the email and was told that the order was already shipped and if we wanted we could return the order but would need to pay for shipping? Not a very happy customer when it was not our fault for the shipping to happen.
