Has to be the worst company ever
Has to be the worst company ever. They tricked my mother in law into a contract. The systems do not work, they cancelled tech visits several times. Now on the phone again and they won’t even call the house to test the pendant that isn’t working. These people have no conscience, been on the phone arguing with them to call the house, instead of calling they are arguing with us about why they can’t call….could have called the house instead of arguing with us….so frustrating
