Hello, I wanted to leave some honest feedback after the recent support experience. One of the reasons I originally subscribed to Pixlr was the fast and efficient batch background removal workflow. When the feature disappeared, it had a significant impact on my daily professional work and productivity. What I really appreciated, however, was how quickly your team listened to the feedback and restored the feature. That level of responsiveness is unfortunately rare today, especially for professional users who rely on these tools daily. I think maintaining efficient workflow-oriented features is extremely important, particularly for users working with large amounts of images and content production.
