Order No. FC00589646 Ordered 3-10-24, funds cleared, emailed for status and received no response. I might can understand delays in shipping but do not understand not responding to a customer. UPDATE: I am revising my rating due to response from customer service. I received a full refund very quickly due to canceling the order. I requested to cancel due to item not able arrive in time for my event.
