Ordered sweeper and yuka 2000 on 10th March. M8595EU Have received sweeper,but have not received mower. Now they are saying in one of two email replies, that it has been delivered. To Mammotion----- I have not received the Yuka 2000. I am writing here as they seem to reply albeit a copy and paste type reply.They say they will check order and reply, but do not reply. Very poor customer service. Next step PayPal.
Ordered Yuka 2000 with sweeper on 10th March. Sweeper was shipped within a week and no word of actual mower. So wondered where was mower as stated it was shipped. Customer chat very vague and told still in transit,please be patient. Told it is expected end of March and will get an email. Well it is now end of March and I have received no email and customer service do not reply to emails. Truth be told they do not have them in stock and social media bragging how many 1000's they are selling in 24 hours, so be prepared to wait and wait for something not in stock and no word from company. Your reply is copied and pasted and achieves nothing.....still waiting on April 2nd with no update or email response....
