Bad customer service
I have ordered a bracelet for my wife for our anniversary few days ago but never received any response from them regarding the delivery. I have received a confirmation email and that's all. I tried to email them or message them using WhatsApp with no success. This is very disappointing to have such experience with the customer service when you pay a lot for real gold.
