If I could give zero Stars I would. I ordered two bracelets and they both said that they were created out of 925 sterling silver. Upon receipt I found that both bracelets were stainless steel and the only thing that was 925 silver was the clasp. I emailed them for a month and a half and they refused to refund my money unless I paid the shipping fee back to China. Their website States if you are unhappy with your purchase that you will be given a full refund. The problem I'm having is that I was lied to and told that these items were sterling silver and they were not. It's false advertising and it's not what I expected. After a month and a half of groveling with them I took a $21 refund because they said I would have to return the items and pay the restocking fee, the customs be, and the return shipping fee to China which is way more than what I paid for the items. Please beware when buying from this company you are not buying what they are advertising it's disgraceful and unfair that us as consumers have to fight for a policy that states they are happy to return with a full refund if we are not happy with our purchase it's a complete lie and it's a complete scam
