I've been looking for rehab methods for myopia nd astigmatism for decades. There is a lot of stuff - in books and online. Endmyopia is the best IMO. Tons of information about science, mainstream ophtalmology, what's the problem with glasses and surgery, myths and facts about eyesight and more. And of course the main thing: tools for the DIY eye rehab work. I didn't work on my myopia because I had more dangerous health problems to tackle first and my myopia didn't get worse over time so the eyes had to wait. But now it's time for eye care and what I learned from Jake's site already helped me tremendously for encounters with stupid or misinformed ophtalmologists and optometrists.
