Spent over 300 dollars on a order with this company. Item still has not shipped after a week. No response from customer service after week of trying to get ahold of them. This includes two and half hours on hold. Two emails. Company not opened stated hours either and there chat options are suspended due to covid. Filed fraud charge with bank to get my money back. On your website it states, Our team is working tirelessly to ensure rapid order processing times with same day shipping for most orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2PM EST. IF THIS IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL ANYMORE DUE TO COVID OR BAD MANAGEMENT. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE TO SET THE EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR COMSUMERS!!!
