Being an owner/landlord/property manager in California, the laws and regulations change too fast for me to keep up. This is a great subscription. Easy to navigate with timely reminders. Build a very robust lease that is educational for your tenants to reduce the chance of disagreement. Now with lifetime.... would have done this 2 years ago.... Glad they are offering it now.
