I have been pleasantly surprised at how methodical OIOLaw has been in resolving the fraud from the Chinese supplier, and how much progress has been made in a relatively short period of time. Also, they are very responsive to each and every email I have sent their support staff. I was in a big hole, and they are helping me to get out of it!
