Do not purchase e-bikes from this company, their charger caused a brief electrical fire that we think ruined the batteries and they keep asking us for proof of the damage but how do we send a picture of a battery that doesn't work? Also not to mention their charger caught fire! If my husband hadn't been standing there it would've probably burnt down my house! Stay away, customer service is deplorable and their requests are ridiculous. I should note that they have requested I submit a request multiple times and they’ve cancelled my request due to the photos not demonstrating damage. I’m at my wits end. They are just giving me the run around at this point. Their service repair number doesn’t work… that tracks with this company
