I understand that as it is a wholesale price site, I should not judge its products on many scales, but if the 10-15% came out to be non-usable, then the whole gain from the price difference of buying from Deodap doesn’t make any worth. There are a series of issues with the items available on this site which I faced in my recent orders. 1. Quality: you can not trust the quality here. I have received products (example: scissor, stool) which are of no use, but merely a piece of garbage 2. Product difference: The things shown and and delivered are different in colour, print. They should provide this information on such products which are going to be differently delivered from what is shown. 3. Support: In most of the cases, the support always say that nothing further can be done. In any genuine issue, they require unpacking video. They should notify users, for this thing before delivery. Any new user would miss that recording. Suggestion: The company should provide a provision to return items, even if re-shipment charges need to be bear by the customer. As the products came out to be different, there are much chances that those products are of no use for the customer, and it would be better to return them and get some percentage of refund rather than throwing them into garbage. UPDATE: As I got a response here to mail your team with the images, I did that. And the response I received is “ Dear Anmol, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the product quality and the difference in the coaster design received. Please note that returns and refunds are not applicable as per our policy. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared with the concerned team for review.” If this is the response you have to give, then why troubled me to mail you, you could have wrote this here only.
