Ordered three custom sweatshirts on Dec 2nd and started writing them on the 15th, as I still show them as not fulfilled or shipped. So much for these Christmas gifts. I have not yet received the "PROMISED" 24-hour response. I called my credit card company, filed fraud charges, and will process a return of funds. One more horrible ripoff by a Chinese company pretending to be North American, but they are based in Hong Kong. UPDATE: I filed fraud with my bank two days ago on this transaction. This morning, my account was hit with a $690 fraudulent charge from an unknown source. I have never had fraud on my card before. I will not buy from a TikTok/Instagram vendor again.
