Customer service is nonexistent as of 05/2022.
Ordered on 5/16, didn’t get ‘shipped’ until 5/23 and it’s the 26th now and it’s still ‘awaiting acceptance’… when am i going to receive my product. If it’s running late you could’ve just told me and I would’ve understood. But there was ZERO communications. I tried calling several times and just remained on hold for an hour and eventually hung up. Left a callback number and I didn’t get a call back at all. Left two emails. No response. Not sure what’s going on but this company used to have super fast shipping and great customer service. How far you’ve fallen.
