I have the DTF printer and I’ve encountered a few issues along the way not very big but customer service was quick to resolve and stayed on phone with me until they made sure problem was resolved. I’m truly pleased with their customer service. And their products as well.
I bought the DTF printer back in June of or July 2025. It worked great no issues until just a couple of days ago my printer was having issues. I emailed customer service back and forth for a few days and finally decided to call and the person I spoke to was so patient with me. He stayed on the phone with me for just about 2 hours and walked me step by step. And my printer is up and running correctly again. The patients he had with me as he walked me step by step was phenomenal.
