Untrustworthy company.
I ordered a jacket with expedited shipping. First red flag was that i immediately received a message from my creditcard company that i'm dealing with an untrustworthy company and they blocked my creditcard to send me a new one for my safety. This means that people already flagged this company a lot for being sketchy. So after i paid they shipped it out cheaper to save themselves money, so it got stuck in transit, because the package was too big for the shipping THEY paid for, eventhough I paid them enough money for the correct shipping. They lied about getting my package on another route, because when they gave me the new tracking code, it says that it was shipping from their location. The new package took a long time to get here with a different shipping company this time, so it was not shipped expedited at all! It looked like standard shipping. I asked for a partial refund because i thought i always had to pay for standard shipping anyway, but found out MYSELF standard was actually FREE, and THEY KNEW!!! They continued giving me only $5,00 instead of $11,99 and acted dumb. I demanded a full refund after that, so the rest of the $11,99. They kept saying that they will come back to it within 72 hours, but heard nothing. Then they said i will hear within 24 hours, but still nothing. More then 2 weeks later they say i already have the refund of $5,00, but that's NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. And all this trouble for a jacket in real life looking and smelling like something you'd buy on Shein. Don't buy here. You save yourself a lot of stress!! And yes ofcourse people say the jacket looks good, but the same thing they say about clothes on Shein too, but when you buy it yourself it looks like it was crafted from paper or made from fabric used on budget dolls smelling like a bag of corn snacks.
